The agreement between you and Social Wings India when you place an order.

Orders
An order is placed when you complete checkout, and accepted when we confirm payment. Prices, discounts, shipping and taxes are calculated on our servers at that moment — the figure shown on the payment screen is the figure charged.
Minimum quantities
Some products are produced in print runs and carry a minimum order quantity and a fixed increment, both shown on the product page. Orders below the minimum cannot be produced. Volume pricing, where offered, is applied automatically as the quantity increases.
Artwork
For custom items you are responsible for having the right to use the artwork you send us. We check files before printing and will tell you if something will not cut or print cleanly, but we print what you approve. We may decline artwork that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
Production and delivery
Most orders ship within 3–5 working days of artwork approval. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its timing is outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Colour and finish
Printed colour varies slightly between screens, batches and materials. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect. Ask for a physical sample before a large run if exact colour matters.
Your account
Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign into it can place orders as you. Tell us at contact@socialwingsindia.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
