Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what an order actually needs:

• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see or store your Google password.
• Contact details. A phone number, and optionally a company name, collected once after you first sign in.
• Delivery addresses. Saved to your account so you don't retype them. You can delete them at any time.
• Orders. What you bought, the price at the time, and the address it shipped to.
• Enquiries. Anything you send through the contact form, plus the IP address it came from, which we keep to investigate abuse.

Payment information

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment gateway. They are entered on Razorpay's own screen and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference Razorpay gives us, so we can match a payment to an order and issue refunds.

Cookies

We use cookies for one purpose: keeping you signed in. They hold a short-lived access token and a longer-lived refresh token, are marked httpOnly (so no script on the page can read them) and SameSite=Lax (so another site can't use them). We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay for payment, and the courier delivering to you. Both receive only what that job requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Sign-in tokens expire automatically — access tokens within minutes, refresh tokens after 30 days. Contact enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period after.

Your choices

You can view and delete your saved addresses from your account, sign out of a device at any time, and ask us to delete your account entirely. Email contact@socialwingsindia.com and we will confirm once it is done. Orders already placed are kept where the law requires us to.
