- Social Wings India provides both customised and ready-to-use digital and NFC-based products.
- Colours, designs, and final prints may slightly vary due to screen/print differences.
- Product images used on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned).
- Social Wings India reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Accepted payment modes include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or other online payment gateways.
5. Order Process & Customisation
- Customised items like NFC Cards and Digital Standees require customer details (name, business info, photo, logo, etc.).
- Customers must check and confirm all details before final approval.
- Social Wings India is not responsible for errors caused due to incorrect details shared by the customer.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary between 3–10 days, depending on location and product type.
- Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- Tracking details will be shared with customers once the order is shipped.
7. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement
- Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours if the order has not entered processing.
- Customised products cannot be cancelled or refunded once design/printing begins.
- Replacement is applicable only for damaged or defective products and must be reported within 24 hours with proof (unboxing video & photos).

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — including images, logos, text, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Social Wings India.
